Using the portal
The Vertical Communities portal is for people we have invited: our staff, the sales agents we work with, our purchasers and the people who lend to our projects. Use it only for the purpose you were invited for, and only through your own login.
Your login
Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us straight away at support@verticalcommunities.co if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when an agency agreement ends or a sale settles.
The information in the portal
- Your contract of sale, loan agreement and other signed documents are what bind you and us. Where the portal shows something different, the signed document applies.
- Calculators, estimates and the sales coach are general information to support a conversation. They aren't financial, tax or legal advice, and they don't take anyone's personal circumstances into account.
- Treat what you see about other people's purchases, loans or documents as confidential, and don't copy or share it beyond what your role needs.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy notice.
Changes
These terms are interim while they are reviewed. We will update them, and the date above, when they change. They are governed by the law of Victoria.
